This tour is for elementary school students and broadcasted live from the Norton Museum of Art galleries. During this live virtual tour, students will look at a work of art by the artist María Berrío from the current exhibition Esperando mientras la noche florece (Waiting for the Night to Bloom). Using discussion in the chat and hands-on activities, students will discover how an artist tells a story about her cultural heritage and immigration to the United States. Students will learn to find visual clues that reveal narratives within the art.
